1 Egg or 3 Tbs Better N'Egg Substitute by Crystal Farms1 1/4 Cup Milk, Fat free1 Tbs Sugar or 2 packets Sweet N'Low 1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3 Tbs Butter or 3 T Brummel & Brown, Vegitable Oil Spread made with Yogurt, MELTED3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder, 3.5 tsp1/2 Cup Hershey's Cinnamon Chips (about 80grams)
Mix Baking Powder, Flour, Sweet N'Low in medium bowl.
Add melted butter, milk, egg, mix until no large lumps.
Add 1/4 at a time to hot griddle or non-stick pan preheated on med. heat. Flip when bubbles have formed and popped, cook till done.
Serving Size: Makes 10-1/4Cup batter Size Pancakes
