Pork Fajitas

Ingredients
1 lean pork chop (no bone) sliced1/2 red pepper, slicedSliced onion (to taste)3/4 cup salsa3 flour tortillas
Directions
Place sliced pork in skillet and cook. Then add red peppers, onions and stir at medium heat until cooked. Add salsa and let simmer for 5 min. Heat up tortillas. Makes three very healthy servings.
