Shrimp in Thia Ginger Ramen

Ingredients
Large shrimp olive oilgarlicceleryonionred or yellow peppercarrotThis Ginger BrothRamen Noodles 2 blocksleaf lettuce
Directions
Pour olive oil in wok, heat till sizzling. Add diced garlic. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes, add shrimp - remove shrimp when done - time varies by size used, cook till opaque. Add chopped onion add diced celery cook till onion is transparent. Add sliced yellow pepper and grated carrot and heat through. Remove from wok.
Pour 2 cups Swanson Thai Ginger Broth in wok, heat to boiling add two packages 79 gm each broken/crushed Ramen style noodles. When noodles have softened return vegetables and shrimp into noodles.
Cut fine strips of loose leaf lettuce and stir into hot noodles, shrimp and vegetables. Makes 4 large servings.
