Tuna Pan Bagna

Loaf French Bread2 cans tuna drained1 large tomato diced1/4 cup lemon juice1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp dill weed1/4 tsp thymesalt and pepper to taste2 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp chopped black olives
1. Cut bread in half length-wise. Scoop out bread, leaving 1/2 inch shells.
2. Process scooped out bread into crumbs with food processor. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, thyme, dill, and oil. Stir in reserved bread crumbs, tuna, tomatoes, and olives.
4. Spoon mixture into bottom breadshell, replace top half of loaf. Cut into 6 servings.
This sandwich is even better after being refrigerated for several hours. Enjoy
