Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients
10 1/2 oz Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup16 oz reduced-fat sour cream3 skinless, no bone Chicken Breasts1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese12 LaTortlla Factory low carb tortillas1/2 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Cook chicken breasts and shred, add chicken broth to moisten. Fill tortillas with chicken & roll up. Mix soup, milk & sour cream to make sauce. Spread 1/2 sauce in pan. Lay enchiladas in 13X9 pan & cover with remaining sauce.

Cook at 300 degrees until bubbly (careful not to burn). Cover with shredded cheese & heat until metlted.

Each serving is 2enchiladas.
