Coyote 5-Spice Sesame Pecans

10 packets Stevia1/2 tsp cayenne1-1/2 tsp 5-spice powder1/2 tsp sea salt2 tbsp butter1 large egg white1 tsp caramel extract300 gram brazil nuts75 gram sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small cup melt butter.
in a small cup combine sweetener, cayenne, salt and 5-spice.
in a medium bowl mix egg white until foamy but not stiff. Add the caramel, butter, pecans and sesame seeds. Stir the mixture to coat with the egg white mixture. Add the spice mixture and stir until evenly blended.
Spread out in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir the nuts with a spoon and bake for 5-10 minutes longer, until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Serving Size: makes 7-1/2 50-gram servings
