Meat and Cheese Tortellini in Mushroom Tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 package frozen Hy-Vee Grand Selections Meat and Cheese Tortellinis2 Cans Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms5 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Heat Oil in skillet and sautee mushrooms until tender, add tomatoes and simmer

Meanwhile cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and add to sauce, serve. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese if desired (included in nutritional information).
