Ingredients
3 Cups Whole wheat flour4 Tbsp Ground flaxseed4 Tbsp Sugar8 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips2 Tbsp Baking powder1/4 Tsp Salt4 Eggs1 Cup Pumpkin2 Tsp Vanilla extract2 Cups Milk (I used a combo of skim and almond)**Pumpkin pie spice, optional**
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix until combined. Cook on electric griddle or stovetop.

    Yes, for ease of measuring servings the count is for one pancake. That was using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. However, I just made these again and added some additional milk (maybe 1/2 cup) because they were too thick, so that might change the count.
