Kale White Bean Turkey Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients
1 bag of prepared kale (any variety is fine)1 medium onion, chopped2 cups carrots, chopped2 16 oz boxes of vegetable broth1 package of Turkey kielbasa2 12 oz cans of white beans2 Tbsp of EVOOSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large soup pot, sweat onions in the EVOO until translucent. Add carrots to onions for a few minutes. Add kale, stir in with onions and carrots for a brief wilt. Add drained and rinsed white beans. Mix well with other ingredients. Add the vegetable broth and chopped kielbasa. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until all the vegetables are tender and flavors merry. Done!
