1 Cup Cottage Cheese1 Cup Whole-Grain Oats1/2 can Pure Pumpkin3 eggs ( you can also use 6 egg whites instead )1 tbsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin spice(you can also use a scoop of protein powder for additional protein)www.gettingfitandfeelingfab.com
Put eggs in blender first, add cottage cheese and pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin spice then oats last. Blend till mixed.
Pour onto heated griddle at about 375 degrees. Cook until golden brown on bottom, flip and cook until golden brown on other side.
