Fruity Granola Bars (Modified from Fruit and Oat Granola Bar by VIRTUOSO12)

Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Egg white, large, 1 serving Brown sugar (light), 24 tsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 24 tsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled Raisins, .25 cup, packed InvisiWhey, 4 tbsp
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread oats on a baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned and fragrant.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Line an 8-by-11-inch pan with foil. Lightly oil or coat with nonstick spray.
3. In a large bowl, whisk egg, egg white, brown sugar, Splenda, oil, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars with a lightly oiled knife.
