Panned veal liver

Ingredients
*Liver (Veal), 360 gram(s) (remove) Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 10 grams (remove) *Chicken Broth Mix - Powder - Knorr 1tsp/5g, 2.5 gram(s) (remove) Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove) *Canola Oil, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
let the liver out of the fridge for 15 minutes or so, mix all the dry ingredients, coat the liver steaks with the mix, put a pan on high fire, once hot add the oil, coat well and add the liver steaks, lower the fire to the minimum, let it cook 8 minutes and turn to cook for 8 minutes more, check if is done to your taste.
