3 lb Beef chuck roastTomato Sauce, 2 cupWater, tap, .5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cupChili powder, 2 tbspTexas Pete's Hot Sauce, 10 tspBetter tha Boullion Beef Base, 2 tsp.
Put roast in Crock Pot. Top with tomato sauce. In a bowl mix water, chili powder, better than boullion and Texas Pete. Pour over roast. Top with peppers and onions. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
