2.0 cup(s), Cereals - Oats, regular and quick and instant, not fortified, dry (oatmeal, rolled oats) 1.5 banana, 1 Med 6.0 scoopful, Unflavored Protein Powder 110.0 g(s), Nuts - Almond butter, plain, without salt added 1.0 tsp(s), Vanilla extract 2.0 tbsp(s), Maple Syrup
Directions
Mix all together until they stick. Roll out into a long tube, then flatten and cut into 14 bars.
