Ingredients
3 pound beef chuck roast with fat removed1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix1 packet Good Season Italian Dressing Mix1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Ranch Dressing Mix1 1/2 C Water
Directions
Cut fat from roast and place in crockpot. (you may have to get a 3.5 pound roast if it's fatty so it's a 3 pound roast once cooked.) Mix all dry mixes with 1.5 cups of water, pour over roast and cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours.
