chicken Quesadilla's..low carb

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled, and shredded4 whole wheat, low carb Tortilla's1/2 a cup low fat shredded cheesesauteed onion and bell pepper strips
Directions
I Use my Foreman Grill for this,
to each tortilla add 1/4 of chicken, peppers & onions, and cheese
fold over, put in heated foreman grill and toast till slightly brown. Top with Salsa, enjoy. You can also top with low fat sour cream if u wanted Add a green salad
