Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients
4 quarts water2 cups sugar1 cup hibiscus flowersSpice packet - items listed below1 cube crystallized ginger1/2 cinnamon stick1 tsp orange peelLoose leaf tea bags. Put the spice packet in one and it will take two for the hibiscus flowers. I doubled the bags to make sure the ingredients don't get into the pan.
Directions
place 2 quarts water, sugar and contents of spice packet in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the hibiscus flowers. Cover and steep 15-20 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be. Strain and chill.
