cleaner pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups milk4 tablespoons of vinegar2 cups of baking flour or (white wheat)4 tablespoons of succant (or organic cane)2 tsp of baking poowder1 tsp of baking soda1 tsp salt4 tablespoons of melted butter2 eggs
Directions
add vinegar to milk and set asideto let sour about 5 minutes.

mix all dry ingredients

wisk melted butter and egggs to milk, then wisk wet ingredients into dry.

drop on heated grill pan and spread a little, can drop in a couple of frozen blueberries too! Makes about 16

Freeze very well, and warm up nicely in toaster oven.
