Winter Kale soup

Ingredients
1 spicy sausage link1/2 diced white onion3 cloves minced garlic32 oz Chicken broth3 cups kale- cut in half and then slice1 cup heavy whipping cream2 strips of bacon
Directions
Saute sausage, bacon and onion. Place in crock. Add chicken broth and Kale. Add cream 1/2 before serving.
