Potato & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
2 lbs red potatoes, washed and cubed1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized cubes1 cup chopped red onion2 scallion stalks, chopped1 cucumber, peeled and chopped1 cup chopped celery, with leaves1 cup Nayonaise1/4 cup brown mustardcelery salt to tastepepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes and cauliflower until tender but not mushy. Chill (probably an hour).

Mix with the remaining ingredients until everything is moistened and seasoned. Chill another hour or two.

Makes at least 12 one-cup servings.
