Wheat flat bread wrapRaw spinach Cooked Sweet potatoMozzarella cheese
Directions
Microwave sweet potato for 3 minutes.
Sautéed cooked sweet potato with desired spices.
Once sautéed add fresh spinach till cooked.
Put on a flat bread wrap and add 1oz of mozzarella cheese.
