Jessica's Protein Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1/2c dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1c Stevia 1 1/2c Protein powder (I used cinnamon roll)2tsp Cinnamon, ground2tsp Nutmeg, ground2tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp AllspiceMix ingredients in blenderThen add...2c Almond Milk, Vanilla2 Egg6 Egg whitesMix in blender just until blended.Then stir in...8 Medjool dates, chopped 1c carrots, shreddedFor frosting...2c Greek Yogurt, Plain,1scoop Protein powder (again cinnamon roll flavor is the bomb)Stevia if desiredMix together Adding chopped walnuts on top is stellar, but I did not add it in the nutrition value.
Directions
Pour in greased 9x13 pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for apx 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
