Summer Radish salad

Ingredients
Radish - Long white Root or 2 short (Chinese shop)or 3 x Large Black roundor a Bunch of reds.Lemon juice, salt and pepperHalf a bunch of Parsley Garlic cloves1 Dash Olive oil
Directions
Raw salad
Wash radish and slice very thinly with a slicer or cucumber grater'
Salt and stand in a colander for 20 minutes to drain natural juices.
Add
garlic and pepper
chopped parsley
Squeezed lemon juice
pour over olive oil
Mix
