Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 Whole Chicken - 3 to 4 pounds1 large jar of favorite salsa
Directions
Lay out washed chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Pour salsa over chicken, making sure to cover completely. Put on cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Take out skin and bones and shred chicken.

Serve with refried beans, tortilla's or however you want. Goes great over rice or potatoes.
