Quick Beef Stir Fry

1 pound sirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips6 cups frozen mixed vegetables (mine was broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)1/4 cup frozen corn2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. finely chopped or grated ginger root1 Tbsp. finely chopped lemongrass (I use the stuff in a tube)1 clove garlic, grated or finely chopped
Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, lemongrass, and garlic. Add steak and allow to marinate at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add oil of choice and steak along with marinade. Cook and stir until steak is mostly cooked through, 5-10 minutes.
Add frozen mixed veggies and corn. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until veggies are warmed through and cooked to desired doneness.
Serve immediately.
