Baby new potatoes and leeks

Ingredients
4-6 baby red potatoes, quartered/halved depending on size2 Leeks, soaked to remove dirt, sliced; white and light green part only2 T. I can't believe it's not butter lightfresh parsley, 1/4 cup choppedsalt/ pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until almost done. Add cleaned leeks. Cook until potatoes are cooked and leeks tender. (About 5 more minutes) Drain. Add light butter spread to pan on warm heat. Toss with fresh parsley.
About 4 servings.
