Herbed Grape tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes1 T. Olive oilRosemaryBasilParsleyGarlic cloves, peeled and crushed- but whole
Directions
Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add 2 garlic cloves to warmed oil. Add dried rosemary. Let oil infuse for about 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Then add in the tomatoes and heat through. Toss with fresh basil and parsley. Salt and pepper if desired.

    Very good use for my extra grape tomatoes. Put this over pasta and added some baked chicken and it made a great meal. - 4/14/11

    I used fresh rosemary in the warmed oil; then allowed it to cool slightly. I added it to the tomatoes then tossed in the fresh basil and parsley. I added sea salt and and freshly ground pepper before serving. - 8/9/09
