Slow Cooker Beef Curry

2 lb stew beef200 g onion200 g carrot200 g cauliflower500 g potatoes peeled and diced3 cloves garlic4 tbsp oil2 x pinch chilli powder3 tbsp tomato puree2 tbsp curry powder1.5 pt beef stock (4 oxo)pinch of flour seasoned
Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry off onion and garlic. Put aside into slow cooker. Toss the beef in the seasoned flower and brown adding the remaining oil to the pan. Once this is browned add to the slow cooker. Then cook veg and potatoe for about two minutes. Add the stock and all other ingredients and bring to the boil. then add everything to the slow cooker, mixing everything up so it is evenly distributed. Cook on low for around 4 hours.
