Eve's Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
4 cups elbow Macaroni2 Tablespoons Butter2 Tablespoons flour2 cups Milk1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese6 Slices American Cheese
Directions
Boil macaroni as package instructions
Cheese Sauce: Melt butter medium heat, add flour and stir, then add milk slowly while stirring mixture. Next add shredded cheese, stirring constantly. Add American cheese ( broken up) and continue stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Drain macaroni and add cheese sauce and blend together.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
