Crock-pot Carne Asade Tacos

*Canola Oil, 2.0 tbsp *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp *Beef, top sirloin, 20 oz*rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies, 1 cup *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup *El Pollo Loco, 6.5 flour tortilla, 8 serving *White Rice, short grain, cooked, 2.0 cup *Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 8 oz *Sour Cream, reduced fat, 8 tbsp
Heat oil in skillet, and beef and brown on both sided (about 3 minutes per side). Add browned beef to crock pot. Mix tomatoes with taco sauce and pour mixture over the beef. Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5. Use forks to shred beef. Cook rice per package directions. When rice and beef are cooked, layer rice, then beef, cheese, sour cream and any other toppings you choose in a flour tortilla. Serve warm.
