Drunken Salmon

Ingredients
Whiskey, 4 fl oz Orange Juice, 4 fl oz Olive Oil, 6 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves, crushed1 kg salmon fillet, skin on
Directions
In a 9 x 13 glass baking dish, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Place salmon in marinade, skin side up. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 6-8 hours.
Remove salmon from marinade and place on cedar plank, skin side down. Place on pre-heated grill or barbecue and cook over medium-high heat, with barbecue lid down for 10-13 minues or until salmon just flakes with a fork ... do not overcook.
