Spicy Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
1 large Jalapeno1 medium Yellow Squash or Zucchini1/4 Cup of Salsa (heat level of your choice)3 pats of butter for cooking your veggie.5 tbs of Creole seasoning Black Pepper
Directions
Finely chop the Jalapeno and the Squash and cook them over high heat in the butter until they're slightly softened.
Season the veggies in the pan and lower the temp to medium after coating with the spices.
Add the eggs and salsa and begin stirring while cooking to solidify the eggs.

Serving Size: approximately 2 - 1 cup servings or 1 very large serving
