Mississippi Chuck Roast-Slow Cooker

Ingredients
3-4 lb chuck roast1-1 oz packet dry ranch mix1-1oz packet dry au jus mix4-5 whole pepperoncini's 1-stick salted butter1/4 cup water
Directions
Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top of water. Sprinkle 1 pack ranch dry mix, then 1 pack au jus dry mix over roast. Place 1 stick salted butter on top of dry mix in middle of roast. Place 4-5 pepperoncini around roast. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over rice or potatoes with gravy from crock pot.
