Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 6 strips Onions, raw, .75 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Homeade Italian Dressing- 10 Tbs**Mustard/Horseradish- 1 tsp, 8 serving Boiled Potato, with skin, 12 small or fingerlingsExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Green Beans (snap), 1 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes** I make CC's Garlic Italian Dressing from here at Sparks
Boil Potatoes till tender, slice into coins. Toss gently with other vegeys and then dressing and olive oil. let chill for at least 4 hours so it is thoroughly chilled and flavours mesh.
I tried without oil and dressing just slips off.
