Ingredients
Ingredients:*beef, ground 85% lean (1 pound)*1 Can Safeway Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, *Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 4 serving *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Cook beef with onion and garlic powder, add 2 tbsp raw onion and 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Parboil the green peppers for aprox 3 minutes. Place green peppers into muffin tin, add beef mixture and add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
