Three Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 packages Ground Turkey (20 oz each)1 Garlic clove, crushed1/4 c dehydrated onion (or one small fresh, cut onion)2 Cans (14.5 oz) Kidney Beans1 Can (14.5 oz) Great White Northern Beans1 Can (14.5 oz) Black Beans1 Can (28 oz) diced tomatoes1 small can tomato sauce1-2 cups mild salsa (any kind works, the spicier the salsa, the spicier the chili)1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder1 Tbsp Cumin1/2 C Water
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic. Once all ingredients are cooked through, drain and add meat to bottom of crock pot. Drain and rinse beans. Add to crockpot. Add can of undrained tomatoes, salsa, and all seasonings plus the water. Stir well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or longer if needed. Stir occasionally. Serve with sour cream and grated cheese if desired and not concerned about fat content.
