Tomato mozzarella salad

Ingredients
1 8 oz package of Ciliengini Mozzarella, drained( small fresh mozzarella balls)1 package of cherry or grape tomatoes, halved2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp good quality olive oil (extra virgin adds lots of flavor)1 clove of garlic, minced1 bunch of fresh basil leaves, julianned (about 1 tbsp worth)1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
In medium bowl wisk balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic basil and salt together. Add tomatoes and mozzarella. Toss ingredients together. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Can be served on bed of fresh greens. Makes approx 6 servings.
