* Garlic, 2 clove * Onions, raw, 1 large * Canned Tomatoes, 2 can * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) * Ground beef, lean 440 * splenda, 3 tsp unpacked italian spices
Directions
brown the beef then add the tomato paste then add the rest. simmer 2hrs
