Clean eating breakfast tortilla

Ingredients
Serves two:2 whole wheat tortillas2 green onion, chopped1 roma tomato, diced1 green bell pepper, diced6 egg whites1/2 cup of shredded cheddardash of saltdash of peppercooking spray
Directions
Spray pan and cook green pepper until tender. Add scallions and tomato. Cook until soft. Place 1/2 the cooked veggies on each tortilla and set aside.

Spray pan and cook egg whites scrambled style. Cook until solidified and place 1/2 cooked egg whites on each tortilla. Add a dash of salt and pepper if desired.

Serving Size: makes 2 breakfast tortillas
