kale, bean, orzo soup

Ingredients
Kale, 4 cupsMushrooms (sliced), 1 cupCoconut oil, 2 tspOnion, 1 mediumOrzo pasta, .75 cupKidney beans, 1.5 cupsGarlic, 3 clovesCayenne pepper, to tasteWater 4 cups
Directions
Boil pasta

Saute onion and mushroom in coconut oil with garlic, in soup pot, add cayenne and salt to taste

Add kidney beans to onions and mushrooms.

Add orzo to soup pot

Chop kale and add to pot last.

Cook just until kale is wilted

Serving Size: makes 4 generous 2-cup servings
