Gluten-Free Pumpkin Granola

Ingredients
DRY4 C organic whole oats½ c pumpkin seeds2 t cinnamon powder½ t cardamom powder½ t ginger powderWET½ C agave¼ C organic brown or coconut sugar½ C extra virgin organic coconut oil1 t pure vanilla extract½ C organic pumpkin puree½ C dried cranberries
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients together in separate bowls, then mix together well with your hands. Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet. Bake @ 325, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix cranberries into hot granola.
