Ingredients
1c. Plain nonfat yogurtHefty splash of fat-free milkAbout 2" of cucumber, roughly peeled and chopped0.25c. (small handful) TJ's frozen pineapple chunks0.25c. (small handful) TJ's frozen mango chunks0.25c. (handful) of fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
Directions
Throw everything but the spinach in a blender and mix on high until smooth texture. Toss in the spinach and blend until smooth again.

Serving Size: Makes one big glassful
