Ingredients
3 eggs separated1/4 tsp cream of tatertsp stevia3 T low fat cottage cheese
Directions
whip egg whites and cream of tarter until stiff peaks form. Whip egg yolks and cottage cheese...then fold into the meringue...careful to not stir too much and collapse it. Scoop with a lg spoon and place 10 scoops onto silicone or non stick cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 20 to 30 mins until golden on top. Keep in baggie
