Garlic Creamy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups of spaghetti squash1/2 cups parmesan cheese1/3 cups of fat free half and half2 cloves garlicAny italian seasonings you like (oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes)
Directions
Spray some Pam or olive oil in a frying pan and throw some garlic in over medium heat. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, put the cooked spaghetti squash in the pan. Sautee the spaghetti squash until it is warm. Pour half and half in and mix until it is warmed through. Sprinkle cheese and spices in and mix until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately
