1 peeled orange1 large or 2 small kiwi fruits1 frozen banana1/4 cup frozen strawberries1/4 cup mango6 oz orange juice2 Tbsp hemp protein2 oz Ning Xia Red (or other concentrated vitamin rich juice)2 tsp grated gingerice cubes or frozen tea cubes2 tsp light agava nectar or other sweetner if desired

put ingredients in a blender and let 'er rip.
