Ingredients
1.25 lb. stew meatapprox. 2 lbs. white potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces8 oz. shortcut carrots8 oz. frozen green beans1 small onion, cut into eights1 bay leafPut all of the above ingredients into crockpot. Mix the following together and pour over the rest:1 envelope dry onion soup mix1 condensed can tomato soup1 soup-can waterCook on low setting for approximately 8 hours, or until everything is tender.
