Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Egg whole - medium per egg, 5 *Egg White - Medium Egg, 13 Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup slices (bell peppers), 2 cup, Guerrero Whole Wheat Tortilla- 11 TortillaEVOO 2 T.Cheddar Cheese, shredded 0.5 c. To taste:salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
Sautee veggies in EVOO and add seasonings over med-high heat. In separate bowl or blender beat eggs and egg whites. Add to veggies; cook until done.
Let mixture cool completely. Strain extra fluid out using metal seive. Measure out 1/4 of mixture per tortilla, sprinkle a little cheese and roll. wrap in plastic or foil and freeze in freezer bag.
To reheat remove and thaw in microwave. cook in microwave until hot or grill on griddle.
