Lemon Chicken wrap filling

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast Boiled3 Tsps lemon juice2 Tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil1 Tsp Lemon Pepper2 Tsp Italian Seasoning1 Tbs Dried Dill Weed1 Tsp Dry Mustard1/2 cup water
Directions
boil chicken until it begins to fall apart (about an hour). add all remaining ingredients to crock pot and set to low for at least 4 hours. stir to shred chicken.
