Butternut Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup cubed butternut squash 1 Granny Smith apple2 packets Tuvia1 tsp Thyme1 - 1 1/2 cup water
Directions
cut apple into cubes and combine with butternut squash, thyme and water in a shallow frying pan. Cover pan with lid to cook apple and squash until tender (about 15 mins) Pour mixture and Truvia into a blender and blend until smooth. Chill and serve
