Crockpot turkey soup with extra veggies - 1 cup servings

Ingredients
Saute onion and celery till limp.Then add all other vegetables, turkey and broth. I cubed the potatoes and boiled them for a few minutes before adding them to ensure they would be tender when the rest of the vegetables were done. I seasoned this with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.
Directions
Put in crockpot on high until bubbling; then turn to low. I let it cook for a few hours; use your own judgement.
